    Researchers in the United States pointed out that: People’s body will appear a hardening of blood vessels after they eat fat. If at the same time o~r after meal, drinking green tea could soften blood vessels and improve blood flow. Green tea contains Theanine catechin which can improve blood flow. It’s almost certainly used in the prevention of obesity, apoplexy and heart disease.
    The dissolution rate in the water of Theanine in green tea is closely related to the temperature and time. The experimental results showed that: Immersed in five degrees centigrade of cold water for 30 minutes, the dissolution rate of Theanine is around 61 percent and its effect is better; Immersed in 90 degrees centigrade of water for 1 minute, the dissolution rate is 39 percent; Immersed in 5 degrees centigrade of cold water for 24 hours, the dissolution rate is only around 50 percent .
    The tender bud of general green tea, which contains rich Theanine,  is suitable to be soaked in cold water for about half an hour, so as to dissolve Theanine. Drinking green tea frequently will receive a good effect in the prevention of obesity, apoplexy and heart desease. The old leaves of green tea ,which are picked in the latter part of the growth, after a long time exposed to the sun, their prices are low and they contain some more catechin. The dissolution rate of catechin increases with the raise of water temperature. They are suitable to drink with boiling water immersed. Catechins have strong anti-free radical effect and are useful on cancer prevention. Japanese vegetables and tea industry Research Institute confirmed that green tea can not only prevent the formation and reproduction of cancer cells, but control the metastasis of carcinoma as well.Recently, Japan Nagasaki University researched and indicated that drinking green tea with apple slices o~r nibs accession will have an effective substance and its effect on anti-cancer and anti-aging will be better.
    On May13,2002, American Association of Physicians published the investigation result about 497men and 540 women for over 10 years that people who drink black tea have strong bones. The polyphenols in black tea are also contained in green tea. They can inhibit the vitality of the material which damages the bone cell. The phenolic content of various foods is following:
    black tea—17.4 ,      green tea—12.0
    red wine—9.6 ,         fresh orange juice—0﹒8
    To prevent and cure the common female osteoporosis, the author recommended people taking a small cup of black tea each day and persisting in a few years. Then you can receive
    obvious effects. Adding lemon to black tea can make the bones stronger and can have better effect. We can also add all kinds of fruits to the black tea and that will has a synergistic effect. 
     

 

 

       美国科研人员指出:人们在进食高脂肪饮食后,血管会出现硬化现象,如果同时或在食后饮用绿茶,可使血管软化,使血液流量改善。
  绿茶中含有的茶氨酸、儿茶素,可改善血液流动作用,在防止肥胖、脑中风和心脏病中有一定效用。

  绿茶中的茶氨酸水中的溶出率与水温和时间有密切关系,实验结果显示:5℃的冷开水浸泡30分钟,可使茶氨酸溶出61%左右,效果较好;90℃的水浸泡1分钟溶出率为39%;5℃冷开水浸泡24小时仅溶出50%左右。

  一般绿茶的嫩芽,含茶氨酸较丰富,适应于冷开水浸泡半小时左右使其茶氨酸溶出,常服对防肥胖、脑中风和心脏病效果好。

  绿茶的老叶,采摘在生长后期,日晒时间长,价格也低廉,含儿茶素较多些,而儿茶素溶出率随水温升高而增多,适宜开水冲泡饮服。儿茶素有较强的抗自由基作用,对癌症防治有益。日本蔬菜茶业研究所研究证实,绿茶不但防止癌细胞的生成与增殖,还有一些抑制癌细胞转移的效应。

  最近日本长崎大学研究指出,在饮用绿茶时,加入苹果片或碎粒,会产生一种有效物质,它在防癌和抗老化方面效果更加好。

  2002年5月13日美国医师协会发表对男性497人、女性540人10年以上调查,指出饮用红茶的人骨骼强壮,红茶中的多酚类绿茶中也有有抑制破坏骨细胞物质的活力,各种食品含多酚类的量如下:红茶—17.4,绿茶—12.0,红葡萄酒—9.6,鲜桔子汁—0.8。

  为了防治女性常见骨质疏松症,建议每天服用一小杯红茶,坚持数年效果明显。如在红茶中加上柠檬,强壮骨骼,效果更强,在红茶中也可加上各种水果,能起协同作用。

  日本大阪市立大学实验指出,饮用红茶一小时后,测得经心脏的血管血流速度改善,证实红茶有较强的防治心梗效用。

  美国杂志报道,红茶抗衰老效果强于大蒜头、西兰花和胡萝卜等。
